Workers Welfare Fund, Balochistan invites requests for proposals through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the platform for consultancy services for the establishment of 200 labour quarters at Baikar, North Dera Bugti. Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the electronic bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of RFPs will not be entertained.
The bidder must provide an undertaking duly signed and stamped by its authorized representative confirming that the consultant will, as a first priority, prepare and submit the project's PC-II feasibility study. This must include all necessary surveys, preliminary designs, cost estimates and supporting documents required for approval by the competent forum. All subsequent stages of consultancy services may commence only after approval of the PC-II by the client and the competent authority.
