Panjgur B&R Tender for Government Girls Degree College Khudabadan Renovation

The Executive Engineer (Buildings), Provincial B&R, CW, PP&H Department, District Panjgur, invites eligible bidders to undertake repair and renovation work for the year 2026. Bids are invited on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023.

Procurement requirements: Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Firms must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 17,410,932 during the previous three years as evidence of financial capacity. Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above, up to PKR 25 million, is required in the relevant category with specialized codes CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and EE11(i) for Solar Energy.

Tender fee and bid security: Tender documents are available from the office of the Executive Engineer against a fee of PKR 1,000. Each bid must include security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Document issuance: Tender documents may be obtained from the date of publication of the notice until 13 November 2026 during office hours on working days.

Submission deadline: Bids must reach the office by 11:00 AM on 13 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at the same office at 12:00 PM that day.
