Port Qasim Authority Jobs 2026 for Balochistan Quota

Port Qasim Authority invites applications from suitable candidates domiciled in Balochistan for five vacancies reserved under the Balochistan quota. Appointments will be on a two-year contract, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Application deadline: 18 November 2026. Send the prescribed application form, attested copies of educational and relevant experience certificates, two passport-size photographs and a detailed CV by courier to Director (HRM), Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi – 75020. Applications must reach the office on or before the deadline. Alternatively, candidates may apply online through the National Jobs Portal at www.njp.gov.pk.

The prescribed application form requires the post applied for, applicant's name, father's name, CNIC number, date of birth, domicile, domicile district, postal and permanent addresses, cell number and email. Applicants must provide academic qualifications with institute or university, degree or programme, percentage or division and passing date; professional qualifications or certifications with institute, training or certificate and start and end dates; and employment experience with organization, rank or post held, start and end dates and total experience in days, months and years. Dates for qualification and experience entries should follow DD.MM.YYYY. The form also requires a photograph, date and applicant's signature.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be allowed. For this special recruitment exercise, upper-age relaxation of five years instead of the existing three years applies, in addition to five years of general age relaxation.

Applicants serving in government or semi-government departments or autonomous bodies must provide an NOC from their organization. Candidates applying for more than one post must send separate applications in separate envelopes, clearly mentioning the relevant post name on each envelope. Incomplete applications, applications received after the deadline and applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.

The Authority reserves the right to cancel the hiring process partially or completely. Contract appointments may be extended for a further period subject to satisfactory performance, and appointees will have no right to claim regularization against their respective posts.
