NUST Contractor Prequalification and Invitation to Bid for B&R Civil Works

The Works Directorate, National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), invites national contractors to apply for prequalification for subsequent invitations to bid for B&R civil works. NUST intends to enter into a closed framework agreement with the successful bidder or bidders for 12 months following completion of the bidding process. Only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. EPADS reference number: FFW10728.

Eligibility and Submission Procedure

The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility requirements in the prequalification documents. Complete prequalification and bidding documents, including detailed terms, specifications and instructions, are accessible through EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/frameworkagreements/10728 and are also available at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

All applications and e-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0. Manual applications will not be accepted.

General Conditions and Disclosures

If the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be received or opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Details are available on the procuring agency's and PPRA's websites. NUST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
