Haveli Kahuta Electricity Division Tender for Electrification Works

The Executive Engineer, Electricity Operation Division Haveli Kahuta, invites bids for labour work under the project Electrification of Remaining Areas in District Haveli Kahuta. The work covers the installation of HT and LT infrastructure and transformers. Tender Notice No. 964 is dated 28 October 2026.

Eligible contractors must be registered with the Electricity Department and hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above, with specialization codes CE10, EE04 and EE05.

Tender documents may be obtained up to 12 November 2026 against a fee of Rs. 5,000. Bids must reach the office of the Executive Engineer, Electricity Operation Division Haveli Kahuta, by 11:00 a.m. on 13 November 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. the same day in the presence of participating contractors or their representatives.

The procurement will follow PPRA rules. Incorrect information may result in disqualification at any stage of the tender process. Contractors must provide the required 2% bid security through an original CDR issued by a scheduled bank. Tender documents will not be issued without the required security. Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the award process.

Applicable taxes in Azad Jammu and Kashmir will apply. The contractor will be responsible for loading, unloading and transportation involving the designated stores, and for the safe handling and protection of project materials. Materials will be issued through the divisional store.

Bank overdraft documentation must be supported by an authorized bank letter and is subject to verification from the bank. Participating firms must meet the requirements concerning their nominated engineers and avoid conflicting engineering affiliations. Pakistan Engineering Council registration must be up to date; conditional registration will not be accepted for issuance of tender documents.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes. Tender information and the evaluation report will be published on the AJK PPRA website at www.ajk.ppra.gov.pk.
