RWMC Framework Tenders FY 2026–27 for Tyres, Plumbing Items, Vehicle Parts and Containers

Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids for framework tenders for financial year 2026–27 from reputable manufacturers, companies, distributors, contractors and authorized dealers registered with the Income Tax Department. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under Rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14.

Bidding documents will be available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites. Prospective bidders may view and download the documents free of cost from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped and fully compliant with the bidding documents, and submitted online through ep.punjab.gov.pk. Technical bids will be opened online through EPADS on the scheduled date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Submission on the EPADS portal is entirely the bidder’s responsibility.
