Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi Tender for CT Scan Repair and Annual Maintenance

The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi, invites electronic bids for the repair and annual maintenance of biomedical equipment for financial year 2026–27 under tender reference F. PC/2026-27/BBH/3354, dated 26 October 2026.

The contract covers one Philips MX-16 CT scan machine with 16 slices for a period of one year. The estimated contract cost is Rs. 17,500,000. Mandatory bid security is 2% of the total tender value, amounting to Rs. 350,000, payable through a call deposit receipt or bank guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi.

Eligible firms must have relevant experience and be registered for GST, PST and income tax, as well as on the Punjab e-procurement system. Bidding documents are available free of charge at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Detailed equipment specifications and the scope of work are included in the bidding documents.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system by 18 November 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 a.m. Hard copies are not required. The single-stage, two-envelope procedure will apply, and procurement will be governed by PPRA rules.
