SESSI Tender for 17 Hospital, Office and Dispensary Works in Sindh

The Sindh Employees’ Social Security Institution (SESSI), Head Office, invites online bids through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) from registered contractors for the following civil works.

Submission and opening: Bids for all 17 works must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on 18 November 2026. Bid opening is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on the same day.

Tender documents and fee: A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 must be paid through a pay order in favour of Sindh Employees’ Social Security Institution before the bid-submission deadline. Bidders must register on the ePADS portal at https://epads.sindh.gov.pk, where bidding documents and instructions are available. Tender documents can also be downloaded from https://sessi.gov.pk.

Submission requirements: Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders must submit all required documents with their bids and complete electronic submission through ePADS. Incomplete submissions are liable to rejection. The procurement process is governed by the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010, as amended.

Bid security: Each bidder must furnish security equal to 5% of the bid amount in favour of SESSI, in the form of a call deposit, pay order or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The bid security must remain effective for 28 days beyond the bid-validity period.

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010, as amended, and to cancel any or all tenders.
