Pakistan Airports Authority Tender for Pavement Marking Materials at NGIAP Gwadar

Pakistan Airports Authority invites bids from eligible firms registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities for the supply of pavement marking materials at New Gwadar International Airport (NGIAP), Gwadar. Procurement will follow the single-stage, single-envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a).

Tender documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available through EPADS 2.0 at the procurement opportunity page. Registration on EPADS 2.0 is mandatory for participation. Vendors can register at vendors.epads.gov.pk.

Complete bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 by the deadline. Bids will be opened through EPADS 2.0 at the scheduled time. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Earnest money must be furnished through a pay order or bank draft in favour of “CAA Works Unit Makran Coastal Area.” The original earnest-money instrument must reach the relevant office before the bid-opening deadline.

Pakistan Airports Authority reserves the right to reject bids in accordance with PPRA rules. Payments will be subject to applicable government taxes and deductions.

Contractors are warned against collusion, interference in competitive bidding and attempts to influence the procurement process. Such conduct may result in legal action and blacklisting.
