The Engineering Cell, University of Education, Lahore, invites item-rate tenders from engineering firms and contractors for repair and maintenance works under FY 2026-27, Tender No. 3. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system in accordance with the relevant PPRA rules, as amended.

Eligibility: Engineering firms and contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category and codes. They must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA procurement website at www.punjabprocure.gov.pk. Registration information and procedures are available at ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-procurement.
Bid submission and security: Submit e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the available Punjab e-Procurement system.
Bid opening: All seven lots will be opened on November 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Admin Block II Meeting Room. After submitting bids online, contractors may attend the meeting, where e-bids will be retrieved and quoted rates announced in the presence of the tender opening committee.
Submission of false information or documents will result in disqualification from the current tendering procedure and blacklisting from University of Education tendering. Recommendations will also be made to PPRA and PEC for appropriate action and blacklisting.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals before acceptance under PPRA Rule 35, concerning rejection of bids. The PPRA tender page is http://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.
