Director Health Services Karachi Tender for Skill Lab Simulators, Models and Equipment

The Office of the Director Health Services Karachi invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of manikin training simulators, training models, furniture, fixtures and devices under ADP Scheme Nos. 1071 and 1072 for financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28.

Suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable, may participate. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 46(2).

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

Bids prepared according to the bidding documents must be submitted on EPADS by 30 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The original instrument for the tender fee of Rs. 3,000, together with the fixed bid security mentioned against the quoted items, must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.

If the government announces a public holiday or unfavourable circumstances arise, bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of the SPP Rules 2010.
