The Engineering Development Board (EDB), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, has issued a corrigendum and extended the bid submission deadline for the Expression of Interest (EOI) for Fast Track Adoption of 100,000 Electric Bikes (EV 2-Wheelers) under the NEV Policy 2025–30, PAVE Program. This corrigendum refers to the EDB advertisement published on October 25, 2026.
Prospective bidders must follow these amendments to the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP):

| Section 2: Instructions to Bidders, Paragraph 12 | Paragraph 12 is deleted. Bidders must submit their sales target quotations electronically through PPRA E-PADS 2.0 in the same envelope. |
| Section 5: Evaluation Criteria | The 5 marks allocated for Battery Testing Certificates under the tabulated Technical Specifications are deleted, maintaining the total evaluation score at 100 marks. |
| Section 15: Performance Guarantee | An OEM participating in the scheme must furnish basic performance security in the form of a bank guarantee of Rs. 2 million, along with an undertaking to furnish additional performance security upon winning the sales target. In Annex-D, Section 5.1, the Basic Bank Guarantee amount is also revised from Rs. 5 million to Rs. 2 million. |
