SBCA Public Notice: Al-Syed Residency Karachi Completion Extension to 2029

The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) invites claims and objections from the general public, project allottees, government departments and private departments or agencies regarding an application for an extension of the NOC for Sale and Advertisement, a change in the project name from Al-Syed Residency, and an extension of the project's completion date from 30 June 2025 to 30 June 2029.

Al-Syed Residency occupies land measuring 05 acres and 01 guntha at Survey No. 200 out of NA-Class No. 54, Deh Jam Chakro, Scheme-43, Halkani, District West Karachi. The approved layout plan bears reference LA/DTP/43/28/2021/382, dated 3 May 2021.

The NOC for Sale and Advertisement was issued through letter No. SBCA/DD(PSA&C)/220/Adv-279/2023, dated 11 July 2023, with a proposed completion date of 30 June 2025, in favour of M/s Syed Associates Construction Company (DL-3964), through its authorized partner/proprietor, Mr. Syed Kamal Ahmed, son of Qayum-ul-Haq, CNIC No. 42101-4831396-7. The company's office is located at Office 617, 6th Floor, Mashriq Centre, Block-14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

M/s Syed Associates Construction Company, through the same authorized partner/proprietor, has applied to extend the completion date from 30 June 2025 to 30 June 2029.

Anyone with a claim or objection must submit it with supporting evidence to the Director (PSA&C), SBCA, 3rd Floor, Annexe Building, Civic Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, within 15 days of publication of this notice. Objections received after this period will not be entertained, and the process for issuing the extension NOC for Sale and Advertisement will be completed under the applicable rules and regulations.
