NAB Lahore Property Auction on 18 November 2026 – Apartments, Commercial Building and Residential Plots

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Lahore, invites the public to an open auction of residential and commercial properties in case ACR No. 20/PB/2021, State vs. Riaz Ahmad Chohan.

Auction schedule: Wednesday, 18 November 2026, at 11:30 AM, at NAB Complex, Thokar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, Lahore. Interested bidders may inspect the properties on any working day.

Bidding and security deposit: The auction will be conducted on an “as is, where is” basis. Bidding will begin at the reserve price, and bids below that price will not be accepted. Before auction proceedings begin, bidders must deposit 5% of the reserve price through a pay order, demand draft or banker's cheque in favour of “Chairman NAB-Cheating Public at large” to qualify for participation. Unsuccessful bidders will receive their deposits back on the same day. The highest bidder's deposit will be retained and adjusted against the bid price.

Representation and bid finalization: Anyone participating on behalf of a company must submit a power of attorney duly verified and attested by the company's CEO. A bidder may authorize another person to participate on their behalf. The bid will be finalized in the highest bidder's name.

Payment: Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount, excluding the security deposit/earnest money already paid, within 45 days of the auction date through a pay order, demand draft or banker's cheque in favour of “Chairman NAB-Cheating Public at large”. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the deposit and re-auction of the property. Chairman NAB may extend the payment period by a further 45 days on logical or reasonable grounds presented by the bidder. In exceptional circumstances, particularly for high-value property, Chairman NAB may extend the balance-payment period beyond 90 days.

Purchaser obligations: The successful bidder will bear all taxes, including advance tax under ITO-2001, transfer fees, duties, outstanding utility bills or dues, and other government-related property expenses. Compliance with all legal and administrative requirements concerning the properties will also be the successful bidder's responsibility. NAB will arrange transfer of the property title into the auction purchaser's name after receipt of the full auction price.

Approval and acceptance: The competent authority or auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice. Sale through auction is subject to final approval by Chairman NAB.
