WASA Lahore Final Explanation Notice to Assistant Field Inspector Zilal Liaquat

The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore, has issued a final explanation notice to Zilal Liaquat, son of Liaquat Ali, Assistant Field Inspector, token number 13049, CNIC 35202-5169793-5. His address includes House No. 06-A, Street No. 29, Lahore.

The employee has been absent from duty without permission since 15 July 2024. Proceedings have been initiated under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability (PEEDA) Act, 2006. A show-cause notice directed him to appear before the Director Administration, WASA, for a personal hearing on 9 July 2026. Subsequent correspondence also called him to attend a personal hearing, but he neither submitted a reply nor appeared.

Zilal Liaquat is directed to appear at the Director Administration's office within seven days of publication of this notice and explain the reasons for his absence. Failure to comply will result in action under the PEEDA Act, 2006, including dismissal from service effective from 15 July 2024.
