Pakistan Rangers Sindh Tender for Small Arms Spare Parts

Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), Muslim Jinnah Courts, Dr. Zia-ud-Din Ahmed Road, Karachi-4, invites sealed tenders from manufacturers, distributors and sole agents for the supply of small arms spare parts. Tender notice No. 1817/PRO/137/2020 is dated 30 October 2025.

Participating manufacturers, distributors and sole agents must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, be active tax filers with the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration where applicable.

Tender forms may be obtained from the Ordnance Branch, Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), from 3 November 2025 to 19 November 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The tender fee must be paid through a pay order or bank draft from any scheduled bank in favour of DG Pakistan Rangers (Sindh). Details of the weapons requiring spare parts will be supplied with the tender forms.

Completed tenders must be deposited in the tender box by 2:00 p.m. on 19 November 2025. Tenders will be opened at 2:30 p.m. the same day in the presence of the concerned or authorized representatives of participating firms.

The Director General Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2004.
