Sindh AAP Fisheries Tender for Fish Seed Supply 2026–27

The Government of Sindh, Program Management Unit, Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) for Reduction of Stunting Malnutrition in Sindh, Fisheries Sector, Karachi, invites sealed bids from firms, companies, suppliers and sole distributors for fish seed supply during fiscal year 2026–27. Notice No. PC/AAP/NIT FSII/827/2026 is dated 28 October 2026.

Interested bidders may download a complete set of bidding documents from EPADS and submit the non-refundable tender fee through a call deposit or pay order in favour of the Program Coordinator, Accelerated Action Plan (Fisheries Sector), Karachi. Bidders must hold valid Income Tax and General Sales Tax (FBR) registrations and meet the eligibility criteria contained in the bidding documents.

A bid security equal to 5% of the total allocated bid must be submitted through a demand draft, call deposit or pay order in favour of the Program Coordinator, Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) for Reduction of Stunting Malnutrition in Sindh (Fisheries Sector), Karachi.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Each bidder must prepare one envelope containing both technical and financial proposals. Bids must be in Pakistani rupees, and quoted rates must include all applicable government taxes. Taxes and liabilities will be deducted according to government policy.

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all bids, or the bidding process, at any time before acceptance of a bid or proposal, subject to the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010, as amended from time to time.

Supply orders will be issued upon release of funds by the Finance Department. The fish seed will be stocked in public water areas of Sindh and demonstration fish ponds or community ponds across Sindh, except Manchar Lake, Jamshoro. Supply must be completed within the period stipulated in the schedule of requirements or supply order.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the Program Management Unit (PMU), C-6, Block-F, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi. Bids must be submitted and will be opened at the same address. If the government announces a public holiday, tenders will be opened on the next working day.
