Pakistan Railways Moghalpura Gas Pipeline Works E-Bid Corrigendum

The Divisional Superintendent / Workshops Office, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura, has issued a corrigendum to Tender Notice No. 128-W/37(2025-26), dated 10 October 2026. The EPADS tender numbers for the following works have been changed for administrative reasons. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Tender documents are available free of cost at http://e-procure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 11:00 a.m. on 10 November 2026. Only bids submitted through E-PADS will be accepted.

Each bid must include a scanned copy of the bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer Workshops, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura. The firm's or agency's name must appear on the CDR. The original bid security, tender documents and other required documents must be deposited in the tender box at the office of the Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura, in accordance with the bidding documents.

Bids will be opened on 10 November 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the chamber of the Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura, in the presence of representatives of participating firms who wish to attend.

The Railway administration reserves the right to reject all bids or tenders at any time before acceptance, in accordance with PPRA Rules. The tender notice is also available at www.pakrail.gov.com and www.ppra.org.pk.
