SSGC LPG Tender Deadline Extension for Tank Repairs and Marine Loading Arm Maintenance

SSGC LPG Ltd. invites sealed quotations under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding System for the following works at SLL Port Qasim Terminal. The bid submission and opening dates have been extended as follows:

The tender documents contain detailed terms and conditions, the procurement method, bid submission procedure, bid validity, bid opening arrangements, evaluation criteria, clarification and rejection provisions, and performance bank guarantee requirements. Under SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 8 March 2023, concerning the E-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023, all bidders are advised to register with the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

Bidders must submit the following documents with their bids:

• Copies of valid GST, NTN and SST registration certificates, where applicable. Bidders must be active taxpayers in the FBR database.
• An undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 certifying that the supplier is not temporarily or permanently debarred by any government agency, authority or department, without placing responsibility on SSGC LPG in this regard.
• Copies of all relevant certificates and an authorization letter where required by the tender enquiry.

A valid certificate required by the tender documents or advertisement must be submitted or uploaded with the bid on EPADS; otherwise, the bid will be liable to rejection. The tenders are available on EPADS, and bidders, suppliers and contractors must participate through EPADS. Suppliers must download the tender documents, complete the BOQ, bid form and schedule of requirements, and upload all tender documents bearing signatures and stamps through EPADS. Failure to comply will result in rejection.

The physical bid bond must be deposited or submitted to the Procurement Department, SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, before bid opening; otherwise, the bid will be liable to rejection. SSGC LPG reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals and cancel the bidding process. Quoted prices must include all taxes except GST and SST, which must be stated separately. Corrigenda, clarifications, addenda and extensions will be notified only to bidders who have purchased the tender documents.
