Muhammad Jameel is required to submit a written explanation within 14 days of issuance of this final notice, explaining why a major penalty of removal or dismissal from service should not be imposed under Rule 4(1)(b)(iii) and (iv) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 1973.
If a reply is not received within the prescribed period, or if the explanation is unsatisfactory, disciplinary action will be taken under the applicable rules, and the employee will be responsible for the consequences. The employee may also inform the office if he wishes to appear personally to present his defence.
