Banking Court V, Karachi, presided over by Judge Dr. Hatim Aziz Solangi, has issued a summons to the defendant in Recovery Suit No. 174 of 2026. The suit seeks recovery of Rs. 345,747.38 under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 (Ordinance XLVI of 2001).
