Quetta Development Authority Commercial Plot Auction – November 2026

Quetta Development Authority (QDA) invites bidders to participate in the public auction of commercial plots in its Link Sariab Road, Zarghoon Housing and Hazar Ganji schemes. The auctions will take place on 16, 17 and 18 November 2026.

The auction venue is on Sariab Road, Quetta, with proceedings scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Interested bidders must register during office hours and pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 10,000.

Participation requires a call deposit equal to 20% of the plot's total reserve value, payable in the name of the Director Estate Commercial, QDA, Sariab Road. Following approval, the successful bidder must deposit 25% of the plot price as a down payment. The remaining amount is payable in instalments over two years.

The successful bidder must execute an agreement with QDA on stamp paper within 15 days of receiving the allotment order. Applicable government taxes, including withholding tax, and an EWF charge equal to 5% of the total price are payable. The notice includes payment through MCB Bank.

QDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning a reason. Interference with the auction proceedings may result in criminal proceedings against the person responsible.
