Two residential houses in Jhang City will be offered for public auction under the orders of the Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jhang. The auction is scheduled for Wednesday, 11 November 2026, at 3:00 PM at the properties.

The highest bid will be subject to approval by the court. Participants must deposit PKR 50,000 as security with the auction officer.
The successful bidder must deposit one-quarter of the purchase amount immediately under Order XXI, Rule 84 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The remaining three-quarters must be deposited with the court in accordance with Order XXI, Rule 85. Applications relating to the auction will be submitted to the court by the auction officer.
