Turbat Court Summons in Execution Application No. 10/2026

The Court of the Qazi, Dasht Khudan, at Turbat has issued a substituted-service summons under Order V, Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Pakistan in Execution Application No. 10/2026, dated 7 August 2026.

The summons concerns the respondent private limited group, represented by Ehsan Qadir and Kamran Qadir, both sons of Ghulam Qadir. The respondents’ addresses include Office No. 15, 24 Civic Centre, Lahore, and House No. 240, Block B, Satellite Town, Sargodha.
