Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir, District Gujrat, invites bidders to a public auction for the rental of municipal shops and other properties. The auction will be held on Wednesday, 18 November 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Jinnah Hall, Sarai Alamgir.

The rental period is 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. Interested bidders must deposit the required security with Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir. Defaulters of the committee may not participate directly or indirectly.
Auction terms can be obtained from the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir. The successful bidder must execute the rental agreement. Call deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning a reason.
If a bid reaches twice the reserve price, the security deposit must be deposited at the auction venue.
