Faisalabad Parking Company (FPC), Faisalabad, invites sealed bids for the supply of mobile phones and portable Bluetooth printers, with specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders are well-reputed, financially sound firms or individuals with previous experience and registration with the Income Tax Department.
The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Section 38(2)(a)(i), using the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure. Each bid must contain two separate envelopes, marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal,” within a single outer envelope.

Technical proposals will be opened at 2:30 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial proposals will be opened after receipt of the technical evaluation report, in the presence of qualified bidders.
