National Textile University (NTU), Faisalabad, a federally chartered public sector university, invites electronic bids under Tender No. P&D-26/10-01 from eligible and qualified contractors registered with the relevant tax authorities and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and specialization.

Bidding will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026 and the applicable PPRA regulatory framework. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, 13 November 2026, at 2:30 PM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 3:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Applicable bid security must be furnished according to the requirements in the bidding documents.
