IBA Karachi Tenders for Convocation 2026 Catering and OSA Office Interior Works

IBA Karachi invites electronic bids through SPPRA EPADS from active taxpayers, manufacturers, firms, companies and suppliers registered with SPPRA EPADS and the relevant tax authorities for the following tenders.

Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available at the Office of the Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi, on working days from Tuesday to Friday. Documents may also be downloaded from the IBA website at https://www.iba.edu.pk/tenders/ and the SPPRA EPADS system at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Tender fees must be deposited in any branch of Meezan Bank Limited using the fee challan generated through the IBA tender website.

Bidders must submit duly signed and stamped bids through SPPRA EPADS, including the tender document, a copy of the earnest money and all supporting documents. The original bid security and the original duly signed and stamped bids must be delivered to IBA Karachi at the address below before bid opening. Bids will be opened on their respective dates and times in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend. Bid security must be submitted as a pay order or demand draft in favour of IBA Karachi.

IBA Karachi reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the bidding process, subject to the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010. Only uploaded bids accompanied by supporting documents will be accepted. If an EPADS submission differs from the manually submitted bid, the EPADS submission will be treated as valid for evaluation.
