PPHI Sindh Tender for 30 Hybrid Solar PV Systems with Battery Storage

PPHI Sindh, a nonprofit company registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, invites bids for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 hybrid solar PV systems with battery storage.

Bidding documents containing the eligibility criteria and detailed terms and conditions may be obtained from the PPHI Sindh Head Office in Karachi upon a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 in favour of PPHI Sindh. Documents are available from 4 November 2026 to 18 November 2026 during office hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Bids must be submitted to the Procurement Wing, PPHI Sindh Head Office, C-27/1, Block 2, Clifton, near Umer Sharif Park, Karachi, by 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, 19 November 2026. The bid opening is scheduled for the same date at 3:30 p.m., in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives.

Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes. Bidders must comply with the eligibility requirements and terms of the bidding documents. Bid security equal to 1% of the total bid value must accompany the bid in favour of PPHI Sindh; bids without the required security will be rejected.
