TMC Malir Karachi Tender for Construction and Concrete Paving Works

Town Municipal Corporation Malir, Karachi, invites tenders for six construction and concrete paving works under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010, as amended. The notice bears reference B&R/TMC Malir/2026/0112 and is dated 27 October 2026.

Tender documents may be obtained through EPADS or from the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Malir, on working days from 5 November to 24 November 2026, up to 12:00 noon. Applicants must submit a written application, a copy of their identity card and the non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500 for each work.

Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on 25 November 2026. Opening will take place at 2:50 p.m. the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and participating contractors or their representatives.

Each bid must include 5% bid security in the form of a pay order in favour of the Municipal Commissioner, TMC Malir. The single-stage, single-envelope procedure will apply, and bids will remain valid for 90 days.

Contractors must provide Pakistan Engineering Council registration valid for 2026, registration with the relevant tax authorities, an active taxpayer certificate, relevant work experience, financial and banking records, and a declaration that the firm has not been blacklisted. Conditional tenders and bids without the required security will not be accepted.

If the scheduled opening day is declared a public holiday, bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same times. The procurement authority may reject bids in accordance with the applicable Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
