CMH Badin Tender for Medicines and Disposable Items FY 2026–2027

Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Badin invites sealed quotations for the bulk local purchase of NIV and PVMS medicines and disposable items for financial year 2026–2027.

Eligible bidders include reputable firms, manufacturers, distributors and suppliers registered with the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Health, preferably with DGDP registration. All firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) active taxpayers list.

Bids must comprise a single package containing two separately sealed envelopes marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”.

Bidding documents, including terms and conditions and the list of items, may be obtained from the Medical Officer In Charge, Medical Store, on any working day during office hours upon payment of the document fee.

Bidders must offer the maximum rebate on the trade price of the medical store items offered. The quoted prices must remain valid throughout the stated price validity period.

The Commanding Officer, CMH Badin reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in accordance with PPRA rules.
