Descon Oxychem Limited has credited its final cash dividend (D-11) at a rate of 20%, equivalent to Rs. 2.00 per share, electronically into the designated bank accounts of entitled shareholders who submitted their CNIC/SNIC and bank details, including their International Bank Account Number (IBAN), to the company.
In compliance with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan notification SRO 1145(I)2017, the company will withhold dividends for shareholders who have yet to provide a valid CNIC and IBAN.
Shareholders are advised to contact the company's shares registrar, CDC, or their broker and submit a clear, valid copy of their CNIC together with complete bank details, including their 24-digit IBAN.
