Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad, invites separate electronic bids for two construction projects at its Main Campus. The university has allocated funds for these procurement activities during financial year 2026–27, with eligible contract payments to be covered from these funds.

Bids must be submitted separately for each activity through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS V2.0). Bidding is open to all potential bidders and will follow the methods prescribed in the respective bidding documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority from time to time.
Each electronic bid must be accompanied by bid security of the required amount and in an acceptable form, as prescribed in the respective bidding document and indicated on e-PADS V2.0.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to interested bidders registered on e-PADS V2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements.
Bids must be prepared according to the electronic bidding documents and submitted through e-PADS V2.0 by the applicable deadline. Bids will be opened through the same system at the scheduled opening time. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.

Under Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules 2026, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified for these procurement activities. A copy of the notification is available on the procuring agency's website and the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
