Hafiz Limited Final Cash Dividend D-36 E-Payment Notice for 2026

Hafiz Limited has credited its final cash dividend (D-36) of Rs. 3 per share, equivalent to 30%, for the year ended June 30, 2026, electronically into the designated bank accounts of shareholders who submitted their valid CNIC and International Bank Account Number (IBAN).

In compliance with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan notification SRO 1145(I)/2017, the company has withheld dividends for shareholders who have not provided complete bank details, including IBAN.

Shareholders concerned are advised to contact the company's Share Registrar, F.D. Registrar Service (Pvt.) Limited, CDC, or their brokers, provide a clear and valid copy of their CNIC, and submit complete bank details.

The notice was issued in Karachi on November 3, 2026, by Ali Muhammad Usmani, Company Secretary.
