Bacha Khan Medical Complex–Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Swabi, invites bids for the procurement and installation of incinerator support systems through EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System), using the single-stage, one-envelope procurement method.

Bidders must upload their tenders on EPADS by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security must be submitted from the account of the bidding firm or contractor in favour of the Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex, Swabi.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Admin Block, Bacha Khan Medical Complex–MTI, Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The complex is also the designated location for bid submission and opening.
Terms and conditions:
- Tenders must be typed on the original prescribed letter pad, with every page signed and stamped. Handwritten tenders will not be accepted. Offers must conform to hospital specifications; alternate rates will not be accepted.
- Registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is mandatory.
- The firm must submit the original bid security and original e-stamp papers in hard copy; otherwise, the tender will not be accepted.
- Income tax, stamp duty, General Sales Tax (GST), and other government taxes will be charged according to applicable rules.
- Bid security in the form of a pay order (PO) will not be accepted.
- Detailed specifications and bid solicitation documents (BSDs) for the required items are available at www.gkmcs.edu.pk and www.bkmcs.edu.pk, and on EPADS.
- Additional documents will not be entertained after tender opening.
- Bacha Khan Medical Complex reserves the right to cancel any or all bids by assigning cogent reasons under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
