District Council Hub Public Notice on Illegal Occupation and Property Transactions

District Council Hub warns all concerned persons and the public that unauthorized occupation of its government properties, particularly those in Sonmiani Winder Tehsil, is strictly prohibited. This includes vacant plots and other properties belonging to the council. Preparing or using forged allotment letters and other fraudulent documents, illegal sale or purchase, transfer, and any unauthorized transactions involving these properties are also prohibited.

Claims of ownership based on unlawful occupation of District Council properties are false and unfounded. Violators will face strict action under the law, including complaints to the police, criminal proceedings, and legal measures to recover government property.

Before purchasing, selling, or entering into any transaction involving District Council Hub property, members of the public must verify its ownership and legal status through the Chief Officer, District Council Hub. Private agreements, unverified documents, or claims alone must not be treated as proof of lawful ownership.

Immediate action will be taken without discrimination against anyone involved in illegal occupation, forged documents, or unlawful property transactions, particularly concerning government properties in Sonmiani Winder Tehsil. Members of the public are advised to avoid illegal transactions to protect themselves from legal consequences and financial loss.
