HAZECO Goods Procurement Tenders for FY 2026–27 – Bids Due 13 November 2026

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of electrical goods under its FY 2026–27 procurement plan. Reserved funds will be used to cover eligible payments under the contracts.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority from time to time.

Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in favour of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited Abbottabad, for the amount prescribed in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document. Security must be furnished as a call-at-deposit or bank guarantee. The original bid security must reach Room No. 209, HAZECO Headquarters, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad, on or before the bid closing time. Bids failing to meet this requirement will be treated as non-responsive and rejected.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk for interested bidders registered on EPADS 2.0. Registration on EPADS 2.0 is required to participate.

Bids must be prepared according to the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS 2.0 by Friday, 13 November 2026, at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened through EPADS 2.0 on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.

A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement under Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. The notification is available on the procuring agency’s website and the Authority’s website at www.ppra.org.pk.
