PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Schemes at Killi Kanak and Kanak 2

The Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, invites eligible bidders to undertake the following work for 2026 on percentage rates based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. Tender reference: TSE-2627101218683.

The tender fee is PKR 1,500, and bid security is 2%. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure.

Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, for all government procurements, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually. Eligible firms must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The bidder must have completed one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 2,594,298 in previous years to establish financial capacity.

Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, issued in favour of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar.

Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer against payment of PKR 1,500. Documents will be issued from the publication date of the notice until 17 November 2026 during office hours on working days.

Tenders must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 17 November 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer.
