PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Civil Works at Killi BRC and Killi Junubi BRC

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Khuzdar, invites bids from eligible bidders for the following work for 2026, based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627101218463.

Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, whether submitting bids electronically or manually. The bidding firm must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Bidders must have completed at least one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 3,642,813 in one previous year.

Procurement procedure: Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure.

Tender fee and bid security: Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer for PKR 1,500. Each bid must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Document availability: Tender documents will be issued from the publication date of the Notice Inviting Tender until 17 November 2026, during office hours on working days.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 17 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer.
