PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Scheme Civil Works at Faizabad City Asadabad 2

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Khuzdar, invites eligible bidders to undertake the following work for 2026 on percentage rates based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. Tender reference: TSE-2627101218703.

Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed at least one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 3,642,813 in the preceding year.

Procurement procedure: Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Tender documents and fee: Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer for PKR 1,500. Documents will be issued from the publication date of the notice inviting tender until 17 November 2026, during office hours on working days.

Bid security: Each bid must include security equal to 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Submission deadline: Tenders must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 17 November 2026. Tender opening will take place at 12:00 PM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer.
