Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited (REDAMCO), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for leasing commercial branding and advertising rights at selected Pakistan Railways stations under a public-private partnership. Eligible bidders include firms, advertising agencies, media companies, outdoor advertising companies and brand-management companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax.

Bidding Documents and Conditions
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the REDAMCO office during working hours or downloaded from the PPRA and REDAMCO websites. A separate bid, accompanied by the bid security fee in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited, is required for each station.
Bidding will follow the competitive Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2026, as amended up to date, and is open to all eligible bidders defined in the bidding documents. Bids below the annual rent will be treated as technically disqualified.
Bidders must quote their best and final values, exclusive of all applicable taxes. No negotiations will be entertained after bid submission. Incomplete or conditional bids, and bids without the specified bid security, will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids at any time before accepting a bid, without incurring liability, under PPRA Rules 2026.
