District Health Officer Larkana Tender for Medical Equipment and BHU Upgradation 2026

The Office of the District Health Officer, District Larkana, invites tenders from suppliers, firms, manufacturers and importers for medical machinery, instruments, furniture and fixtures for Basic Health Unit upgradation schemes during financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board, where applicable, and appear on the active taxpayer list.

Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 46(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules.

Bids will be accepted only through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS); physical bids will not be accepted. Bidders who are not registered must complete supplier registration at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.

Bids prepared according to the bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 a.m. on November 30, 2026. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000, and the payment documentation must accompany the submission.

Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on November 30, 2026, in the presence of participating bidders, at Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.

If a government holiday is announced or circumstances prevent proceedings on the scheduled date, bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same place and times. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010.
