District Council Sargodha Public Notice for Shaheen City Housing Scheme Approval

District Council Sargodha invites public objections concerning the proposed Shaheen City housing scheme under Rule 7(9) of the Punjab Private Housing Schemes Rules, 2022. An application for approval of the scheme has been submitted to the council.

The proposed scheme covers 169 kanals and 7 marlas in Mouza Chak No. 118 South, on Sargodha–Shaheenabad–Sillanwali Road, Tehsil Sillanwali, District Sargodha. The land particulars include Khewat No. 34 and Khatooni Nos. 95 and 99.

Any person with an objection to approval of the housing scheme may submit it to the Chief Officer, District Council Sargodha, Planning Branch, within 15 days of publication of this notice. Objections received after this period will not be accepted.

This notice does not constitute any commitment by District Council Sargodha to approve the housing scheme.
