PAQSJIMS Gambat Tender Notice for Construction, Repairs and Supply Works

The Director, Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences (PAQSJIMS), Gambat, invites bids through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for construction, repair, renovation and supply works.

Participating firms must hold the required registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue, Sindh Revenue Board and Pakistan Engineering Council, including a valid PEC licence in the relevant category.

Tender documents are available through EPADS at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 is payable by pay order or bank draft in favour of the Director, PAQSJIMS, Gambat. Office hours for tender-related matters are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on working days.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. The original bid security and required supporting documents must also reach the Director's office by the prescribed deadline. The closing date is 2 December 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 p.m. at the Director's office in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives.

If a government holiday falls on the scheduled date, the proceedings will take place on the next working day at the same time and venue. Procurement is governed by the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010, amended in 2019. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids in accordance with the applicable rules.
