Public Health Engineering Panjgur Tender for HDP Pipe Supply, PSDP 4469

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Panjgur, invites eligible bidders to supply HDP pipe under non-development work for the year 2026. Bidding will be conducted on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. Tender reference: TSE-262711120153.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Prior experience and turnover are not required.

Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually. Bids must include the required 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer against a fee of PKR 5,000, from publication of the notice until 25 November 2026, during office hours on working days. Terms and conditions may also be obtained from the same office.

Bids must be submitted by 25 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Panjgur.
