The Procurement Section, HQ NLC Rawalpindi, invites sealed bids for Mini Thermal Image Sights on an FOR Rawalpindi basis under Tender No. 44/TICAMERA/FOR/NLC/2026.

Eligible bidders include OEMs, manufacturers, authorized distributors, assemblers and Army-listed registered firms having indigenous products and experience in Mini Thermal Image Sights.

Bidding will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 27(b). Each bid must contain two separate envelopes marked Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal.
