PMAS Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi Tender for ENCIB Equipment 2026-27

Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, Murree Road, Shamsabad, Rawalpindi, invites bids under Tender Notice No. 002/P 2026-27 for the procurement of equipment and technologies for the PSDP-funded Establishment of National Center of Industrial Biotechnology (ENCIB) project, in accordance with the bidding documents.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities for Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Provincial Sales Tax, where applicable, and must also be registered with the PPRA Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure. All electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by uploading a PDF file.

Under PPRA Rule 25(7), bidders shall download the bidding documents from the authority's website and participate in the procurement process without paying any cost or fee. The PPRA portal is https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
