MES Tender for 30 Facility Works at PAF Base Peshawar

Military Engineer Services (MES), Office of GE (Air) Base Peshawar, invites sealed tenders for 30 works involving the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Peshawar under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Tender reference: 6000-B/09/E-6, dated 4 November 2026.

Each work below concerns the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Peshawar. The amounts are expressed in millions.

Application and tender procedure: Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials in the format required under Serial 9. Applications will be scrutinized, and tender documents will be issued only to contractors with sufficient experience in the relevant field who satisfy the special conditions required for the job and area.

Submission deadline: Tenders must reach the accepting officer by 11:30 AM on 26 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 noon on the same day. Contractors may attend the tender opening.

Eligibility: Only contractors on the approved MES list in Category E with experience in this type of work may apply. Contractors must certify in writing that they are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors without PEC registration are ineligible.

Contractors must provide a certificate confirming that they are not involved in any litigation with a government department in a court of law and that no special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation, E-in-C's Branch GHQ, is outstanding against them.

Credential details required under Serial 9: Name of work, agency, amount of work, time allowed in months, commencement date, completion date, percentage progress of work in hand, and departmental performance report by E-in-C.

The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders. Rejected tenders will be dealt with under Paragraph 33(1) of the PPRA Rules.
