Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi Tender for Laboratory Consumables

The Government of Sindh, Health Department, Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of laboratory consumables for financial year 2026–27. Suppliers, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR and SRB, wherever applicable.

The procurement will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure under Rule 46(1). Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/.

The document downloading period runs from 20 November 2026 to 26 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bid submission time is between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Bid opening is scheduled for 26 November 2026 at 12:00 noon.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only. Interested bidders must register at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplierregistration and prepare their bids according to the instructions in the bidding documents.

The original instruments for the tender fee and bid security must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Board Room, second floor, Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi.

The tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be paid by pay order. The tender purchase receipt is to be obtained from the Procurement Department on the first floor of Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi.
