PKHA Peshawar Tender for Snow Clearance and Road Maintenance 2026–27

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Peshawar, invites bids from eligible firms and contractors through the E-PAD system for snow clearance and related road maintenance works. Procurement will follow the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 under the open tendering procedure with post-qualification of contractors.

Participating bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization for 2026–27. They must have adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personnel capabilities, required equipment and fulfil the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders and bidding documents.

Bid submission deadline: 20 November 2026 at 12:00 noon. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 p.m.

Bidding documents, including the Instructions to Bidders, post-qualification criteria and payment schedule, are available for download from www.pkha.gov.pk and the E-PAD system. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk.

Original call deposits must reach the office of the Deputy Director (Procurement), PKHA Complex, Main GT Road, near Police Post Tarnab, Peshawar, before the closing date and time. Bidders who fail to submit original call deposits and other related documents within the stipulated time will be declared non-responsive, and their bids will not be considered for evaluation.

Only call deposits or bank guarantees issued by scheduled banks in favour of the Managing Director, PKHA, will be accepted. The commencement date and completion period will be communicated in the work orders.
